The successful candidate will have the following qualifications : * Evaluate mortgage and other loan applications to determine acceptability and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, investor guidelines, and Corporate standards. * Work with originators, processors/closers, and customer service personnel to assist them in producing loan loans and keeps business partners informed of changing Regulatory and compliance and Policy and procedure changes; maintains expert knowledge of Corporate, investor and regulatory guidelines; and keeps records of daily activities on 1300 loans per year. You and your skills - * One to three years related experience * Ability to advise others and identify and present recommended courses of action * Advanced analysis and interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies, and procedures * Serve as a training or troubleshooting resource to others in this area * Associates Degree or equivalent.
